I am breastfeeding mom.. Having body pain, headache, mild fever.. Prescribe any medicine. Having it from last 2 days.. Today it's more pain

Take paracetamol 650 Mg 1-1-1 after food x 2 days , it’s safe for breast feeding mothers. If fever persists even after 2 days or if it worsens further evaluation with blood tests/ swab tests has to done.
