Body pain, bloating, constipation
I am male of 34 year old, height-5.8ft,  weight-54kg.I have body pain, skin burn, bloating, constipation. I relief by ashwagandha only tablet or churn with draksharista and night issabgol. but it produce heat. So i am taking dimag paushtik rasayan(brahmi, ashwagandha, makardhwaj(all 100mg)and jatamansi. But this two tablet relief but skin burn so i am taking only 1tab., Can i take ashwagandharista in place of dimag paushtik rasayan.Will ashwagandharista syrup increase pitta or not.

For bloating and constipation; you should take Zeerkyadirishta and Ark Ajwain 2 tea spoon each thrice daily diluted with water; and 1 tea spoon of Sushruta Churna with warm water in night. For further support and clinical evaluation, you may call reception at Sushruta Ano Rectal Institute.

Dimag PAUSTIK Rasayan contains makradwadh ,it can produce heat in your body,U can take Ashwagandhdi avaleha Dabur 1 tsf at morning , don't take any asav/arista ,because they are acidic and increase Pitta,So Ashwagandharista will also increase Pitta

Makaradhwaj is heat producing drug . U take Ashwagandha ,and brahmi separately.as powder,cap,tab.
