Body has become very thin, feeling asham
My body has become very thin and weak. Because of this, I feel ashamed to go out in front of people, and I keep thinking that others will laugh at me. This makes me mentally weak as well, and I constantly feel that I am not like others. I want to know if this is only a physical health issue or also a mental issue. Please guide me on what treatment or medication I should take."

You need not be ashamed, as every one has different body structure. Are you like this from before or there has been weight loss? Get thyroid function tests, Haemoglobin,  serum calcium,  vit d3,  b12, blood sugar,  done and please share results. Calculate your body mass index( bmi). If less than 18 take more of carbohydrates and proteins healthy fats like avocado, nuts, seeds, vegetable oils, fish in your diet. Do regular physical exercise. Above measures will help you to put on some weight.

Did you suddenly loose weight? Or where you thin from the beginning?  If your weight is dropped suddenly than it's concerning. If its in the same range from the beginning and you are healthy enough than no need to worry start taking proper diet eat well, sleep well, stress less, start exercising join gym, avoid toxic people, spend time with your friends and family. Some may be fat do u laugh at them? It may be hereditary. Try yo eat well  with exercise  as yoga or Jim. Aa drink Bhuna Chana,  one banana, with khajur  churn n use it as protein  drink. For long period. Protein  build  muscle.  So as weight gain.
