Body aches , sore throat nasalcongestion

Sir from 20 th March I feel sore throat & warm in the body I should consult near govt physician he should give me Paracetamol 500 for 5 days & levocitrizine dehydrocloride 5 mg for 5 days but when I checked my temperature is it always morning around 98 or afternoon 99.1 or 2 am not feel fever but my body sometimes feel warm then I gote next time 24 March not gone sore throat he should give Azithromycin 500 for 3 days after third time I should go done CBC test report is Hb-14.6, TLC-8.070,DC.N-59 L-31 E-10 and gave me Treater I for 10 days & nasal spray but that I feel headache and muscle Pain & back pain also after completing I consult ENT specialist he said allergies rhinitis for he gave me Montemac fx daily 10 days but now nothing change I feel muscle pain & headache sometimes also I feel nasal congestion & sore throat also I should already consult our Covid-19 helpline but the doctor denied to test me because not travel history or any contact of positive but am not recover from this
