Body ache cold n cough
From Monday onwards I was having slight cold n I took alegra 120 mg after which I get better but next day sore throat followed by dry cough, fever n body ache.
Last night I had dolo-500 for fever n felt better, even cough is better but slight nasal congestion n body ache with slight cough is still there.
But body ache , especially pain in feet, calves in nerves & back shoulders also.
Please suggest if antibiotic medicines required or general OTC
