Bloody Ear Wax

I have seen bloody ear wax on right ear from last 2-3 months (I clear my ear once in month or two months). If I clear my ear then don't found blood next two or 3 days.tinnitus in right ear sometimes not everytimebut no pain in ear.sometimes fullness in ear. I have issues with allergy & blocked nose .Using Nasal spray for that issue. Is this issue related to allergy?? Am worried.kindly help me on that

Nope not allergy.. kindly don't use any ear buds . Kindly visit a nearby ent surgeon or online consultation for further evaluation
