Blood through Anus
Sir, on 13.02.18, I had painless bleeding through anus (appx. 50 ml) for which I got treatment and it was only one time issue. I am having severe acidity / gastric problems. I had health check up on 17.02.18, in which I was found Vit D deficient (6.38) and my Vit B12 was 138.00. No other major issues found.
My concern is: What may be the reason for one time bleeding? Is it a sign of some major illness? Please guide. Thanks.
