Blood tests
I had my cbc thyroid and vit d3 test done last year in Sept. Also ecg and 2d echo because I was having palpitations. The doctors told me it is because of anxiety and gave me medicines . In feb the course of medicines was over but still I feel palpitations sometimes and I get stomach problems and abdominal pain and too much gas . I feel dizziness while standing up and also my neck and head aches sometimes. So should I go for the tests once again?? And also for stomach which test will be preferred?

First i want to know whether previous reports were normal. If normal then i want to know more about your lifestyle . Your eating pattern and your sleep cycle . If the previous doctor had told its due to anxiety . I would like to know more about whether you tried some mediations or yoga . Medicine can help you for a while but internally you need to calm your mind so i would suggest you to find out your stress factors which trigger all your pains. And can you elaborate when do you get such problems ? Is it all day or occasionally ? Did you loose any weight? Need the know more in detail before advising any test
Next Steps
I would suggest the patient to stay calm and not go for any further test . If previous reports are normal. And it would be better if you could elaborate your history
