Eosinophils count is High , could be due to allergy.Do a IgE test and consult a physician in your area if you have symptoms related to allergy.

RBC are on higher side polycythemia, and increased eosinophil phil due to ongoing allergy in body, it is abnormal, just consult a doctor

You may have allergy.
Sometimes intestinal worms also causes high eosinophil counts.
You have to take treatment for high Eosinophil counts.
