My mother was taking tenlimac 20 for last 2-3 years and her blood sugar was in control, 1month ago her blood sugar want bit high so doctor change her medicine to Tenlimac M 20/500. Today on testing her blood sugar was fasting 197 and ppbs 291. What medicine should be taken to treat the same.
