Fasting blood sugar of 126 is diabetes , whereas PP sugar of 200 or more is diabetes.
You should do a HbA1c test if that is 6.5 % or above that is also suggestive of diabetes .
Yes definitely diabetes would need treatment. Now medicines are recommended for pre diabetes also .
