I'm a healthy individual with healthy lifestyle my bp is varying from past few days at morning its around 127/81 and in the evening it's around 119/75 is it normal should I be worried for I do yoga and walking also

It is normal variation. Which can fluctuate slightly with stress ,physical activity ,disturbed sleep,or indigestion.
Anyways yoga and exercise you can add anytime in your routine.

Your bp is absolutely normal. Don't stress yourself. Bp variation depends on physical activity and rest. After any activity BP tends to rise. And on rest it comes down. Also stress increases your BP. Don't concentrate more on these and don't keep checking as that itself increases your stress. You are already following a healthy lifestyle which itself is sufficient.
Take ashwagandha tablets 1 0 1 to keep stress under control.
