Hi Nothing to worry One of your reading is 138/98 and other is 134/83 Your first reading is very High but your second reading is near normal Actually stress both physical and mental, sleep deprivation, increased salt intake or pain can also increase the blood pressure To get correct reading, ask the concerned person to sit quietly in a quiet room for 5 mins and then record the reading from left hand. Also ask the concerned person to follow salt and oil restricted diet For further queries connect and consult with me

Above 130/85 is high normal. Don't need to worry but make some lifestyle changes to avoid future hypertension. Keep salt intake less than 5gram  per day. Eat more fiber and protein. Do atleast brisk walking for 30 min minimum. Monitor after a week and consult if it increases or you experience headache.
