Blood platelets are very high

Asked for Male, 38 Years

My blood platelets are very high..ranging from 7lakhs to 10lakhs from past 8 years...had given bone marrow test in Hyd NIMS..bone marrow itself is producing high platelets from the report..Jak2 test is fine..I don't have any symptoms..only problem am facing is during monthly menstruation bleeding is very low..not even one pad..no other problems. Please suggest what could be the reason..
