High eosinophils is almost always due to ‘worms in stomach’ (पेट का कीड़ा) or sometimes if allergy problems like eczema or asthma.
Do the following
1. Stool test for ova and cysts
2 If no skin problems or asthma then take Mebendazole 100mg morning and evening for 3 days
3. Repeat CBP in 2 weeks and expect the eosinophils should be better.
