Hi,
I am 24 year old guy. Of lately i have discovered blood in my stool. It's dark red in color. Also i have recently lost 10 kg of body weight in last 7 -8 months. Is this related and what's wrong with me as i don't feel any pain and rest everything is normal.

consult a surgeon, get your stools tested, get de-worming done. these would be the first things you got to do.
you might require a USG abdomen if problem still persists.
