Hello! Subgingival calculus is something not visible to the naked eye. Kindly ask your dentist to show you proper brushing technique and ideally use a soft brush. Topical antibacterial and anaesthetic ointment for a few days will help you (after ruling out any calculus present subgingivally). Saltwater rinses will go a long way too.
Next Steps
Visit a dentist to rule out sub gingival calculus and correct your brushing technique.
Health Tips
Kindly start on multivitamin supplement daily.

Hi Although it may not be a very serious issue, please do consult your nearest dentist for further evaluation of your symptoms. X-rays maybe required. Bleeding from gums without any significant plaque can be due to any deep or under the gums plaque(subgingival) or improper brushing or any new medications or rarely due to any underlying medical conditions. Please have yourself checked to rule out the causes. Take care. Get well soon
Next Steps
Visit the dentist for subsequent treatment
Health Tips
Try lukewarm salt water rinse every night before bed
