From your description, the bleeding you notice in the morning and on pressing the tooth may be related to gum or periodontal issues, but this cannot be confirmed without a proper examination. Sensitivity and pain on biting can also point to other dental conditions. In many cases, professional cleaning (scaling) helps if the cause is gum-related. Please get an in-person assessment at the earliest so that the exact cause can be identified and treated appropriately.
Next Steps
I would strongly recommend you visit your dentist for a clinical check-up.
Health Tips
Your dentist may also suggest some routine blood investigations to rule out any underlying systemic factors.
