Blood drop inside ear

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I was cleaning my wife ear with cotton bud. She suddenly shake her ear, and it hurts. She having a pain in her ear. I see wet blood inside her ear. What to do. If it will heal itself. She feels pain and ringing in her affected ear.

First of all, using ear buds is not at all advisable...Please visit nearest ENT surgeon who will confirm by otoscopy or otoendo/micro scopy whether ear drum is intact or not...n then few medicines need to be started including antibiotics...no ear drop unless ear is examined thoroughly...Regards.
