I have minor throat pain which I experience during sitting and drinking water. but I am not on medications. Can I donate blood if I want to?

Sign in symptom and history you can be infected from acute upper respiratory tract infection so according to me you should take consultation for your above infection then you can go for blood donation.
If there is emergency and it is necessary to give the blood to your love one then you should go for some test as CBC and ESR and viral marker to check any infection then you can give the blood to your love one.
