Asked for Female, 3 Years

My daughter has been suffering re-occuring or fluctuating fever from last 12 days . The most recent fever she has just yesterday after 5 days of normalcy . I just received her blood culture - rapid report . Please interpret it and advice accordingly . Report attached .
