Hi i have attached Urine Culture report of my 2.5 yrs old baby boy. Pls say if the report is alarming or it's nothing to worry about much. His Pus Cells were 9-10/hpf. Baby is normal with no fever or any complaint. He is playing normally.

Urine infection is there as culture report shows the organism. Child requires oral antibiotics for 7 days.
Child is well now but urine infections are bad. It can damage the kidney cells and cause scarring on them.
This is a permanent damage and can be one of the reason that elders who don't have a reason suffering from alternate day dialysis.
We obviously don't want that so do get the treatment for 7 days to get complete cure from urine infection.
Also need to get sonography of abdomen done to rule out any complications.
