Blood blisters on mouth

Asked for Male, 26 Years

I had sudden three blood blisters in the last 5 months while eating spicy food. I saw on Google blood blisters are initial symptoms of tongue or oral cancer. I am seeing white coloured small bump kind of thing on the left side of my tongue. I have attached the pictures of my tongue as well. I dont smoke and drink. Help me diagnose my problem. Thanks in advance.
