Sir im suffering from ibs for few years now. Took rifampicin 400mg tablets and probiotic sachets for few months. But still there is acute nausea stomach pain renal pain and anal pressure prompting me to go washroom often. Have headache weakness fatigue due to this. Dont have a gastroenterologist in my area. So came here to solve this problem. Please suggest me best medicines and precautions so that i can get rid of this. I try to eat as much as clean food as possible but still its bothering me. I should have consulted a gastro doctor but is not available in my area. Please suggest me safe efficient and permanent releif from this problem. Thank you
