There are multiple reasons for oral blisters and the right diagnosis cannot be established without at least a look at the clinical photograph or a better option would be to go for a proper clinical examination. The blisters which are recurrent and multiple are even more worrisome.
You can use anaesthetic ointments like dologel CT for temporary symptomatic relief but I think the most prudent step would be to visit a dentist, preferably an oral pathologist for a proper clinical evaluation and diagnosis.
