Please don’t panic. Many black spots in the mouth are harmless (due to minor injury, blood clot, or pigmentation). From photos alone, seriousness cannot be confirmed. If the spot does not reduce in 10–14 days, increases in size, or causes pain/bleeding, please visit a dentist for examination. Avoid tobacco and maintain good oral hygiene.

Looks like a Telangiectasia.. which is just dilated blood vessels caused due to trauma (mostly in your case ) or even from certain medications or general causes . Usually harmless ,but advised to get a clinical examination done to confirm diagnosis.

It looks like a hematoma. Hematoma is a harmless, blood filled blister caused by minor trauma like cheek biting or taking hot/hard food. Nothing to worry about. It takes time to heal. Home remedies:   Cold compress    Gentle movement    Avoid irritants If its not healing or repeating again please inform to oral surgeon
Next Steps
inform to the oral surgeon
