Bleeding n painful micturation.

Actually i had sex with my bf this month like 7-8 times on dates like 13 feb 15 feb 20 feb n 23 feb..some protected n other unprotected. .i m 19 yrs old n my last period were frm 2feb to 7feb .since morning i m having painful n bleeding urination provide me the reason for that..what might be the reason for this. N i m also confused whether it is vaginal blood or from the place where we urinate but its different frn menstrual bloos.
