Bleeding gums

Asked for Male, 32 Years

My gums are bleeding continuously since last night. I am on anticoagulant - Acitrom due to a heart condition. I have tried to apply ice, cotton but nothing seems to be working. It stops for a while and then again starts bleeding. Please suggest what should be done in this case to stop bleeding.

You can apply astringent gum paint like Tan-x for temporary relief. Permanent relief will only be achieved when cleaning of the teeth is done so that the gum inflammation is radically treated. You might need your physicians opinion to stop the anticoagulant for a few days. Regards.
