Yes you have swelling in front region of your gums..Your teeth seems to have attrition.. How is ur diabetic level ?Is that okay?If not please do check once.please give a smooth massage with brush while brushing your teeth... Clean inside your teeth also(area facing the tongue)..give gums a small massage too.. I think it's because your are not aware of how to brush..use proper brushing techniques-called modified bass technique. Continue flossing..use preloaded floss,it will be more convenient.. Use chlorhexidine mouth wash also.. If you need use Tab metrogyl 600 mg once a day for 3 days... Gargle with Lukewarm saline water ... If conditions are good go and do a scaling for permanent solution.. And 3 month check-ups also will help you

This picture is not giving a proper diagnosis. We also need to see the inside area. According to your history you need deep cleaning of your teeth and then the medication will also work. For now use betadiene mouth wash. Use thrice daily.

Medication will be a temporary solution and mostly it won’t help without cleaning of your teeth .Visit your dentist and get deep cleaning done and after that take medication. Then the medication will also work properly And also go for maintenance therapy till your symptoms subside

Don't use metrohex gel. Do warm water salt gargle. Brushing after meal, twice daily. Continue Flossing regularly. Mouthwash: orahex pro, once in every 2 days, after meal, 5-10 drops directly in mouth, hold and spit out after 3 minutes. Don't eat drink and rinse for next half an hour.
Next Steps
get a scaling done when you would be able to visit dentist.

Yes there is gum swelling. This may be because of deposits deep in your teeth which could not be removed . You require deep and thorough clean up. You can use chlorhexidine mouthwash (10ml) twice daily for 14 days.
