Black thick skin around private parts

I have got very dark black and thick skin on my thighs around my private parts. Close to private parts sometimes there is skin removal as shown in pictures. Although itching problem is very low. Around my armpit also, skin colour is black. What are your cream/medicine recommendations to use? Is the problem common? Possible reasons?
