Asked for Female, 21 Years

I have been feeling nauseous for two days now. So far, I have taken 4 pills of pepto bismol, 2 pills of midol, and 2 antiacid. I thought it was from stress, but the feeling has not gone away. And I just used the bathroom and my stool came out black and dry. Background: hypothyroidism - i take levothyroxine, but haven't taken the pill for a few weeks now (bad habit) vitamin D deficiency, - I take one pill once a week that has 50,000 unit
