Black spots inside mouth
There's been an infection inside my mouth about 4 months ago.Its on the right and upper side. I ve consulted a doctor and she provided me some antibiotics. Since then the infection area remains black in color. It doesn't hurt but it looks horrible. From the last 10 days I am suffering from cold and dry cough and below that area I ve noticed a small lump. It has developed just yesterday. It doesn't hurts but it's there. I don't take any tobacco from the last 5 months. What is this?

Hello sir,  Clinical examination is required for proper diagnosis. You have any x ray?  What is the status of pain while chewing food? You can visit a periodontist for any kind of gums problems. Thanks
