Black skin tag turns to skin colour
Doctor, I’ve had a small skin tag on the left side of my neck for about a year. It was black before, but now it has turned skin-colored and feels slightly loose. There’s no pain or irritation.

Skin tags are commonly harmless and can be caused by skin rubbing against skin as in obesity or due to aging, genetics, even clothing or jewelry.
Please consult a gen surgeon for it's excision.
