Asked for Male, 23 Years

I have huge black marks on my face and neck region due to heat and itch. Due to sweat, I had a small itch and it developed into black marks now. Now for the past 2 days, there is a release of pus. I stay at kotturgardens and hence would like to consult a doctor close to this region. If any doctor can help me, It would be a great help and thanks.
