Is it fine to take Black coffee ( 200ml water + 1/2 tsp Nascafe Coffee powder ) on an empty stomach with 2 Brown Bread Slice and 1tsp peanut butter before Gym Workout ? I'm getting an abdominal pain, not sure if this is the reason. Kindly clarify. Thank You
