Birth Control weight gain
Hi, I got a birth control implant in May and got it taken out three weeks ago because of weight gain. It still has been hard to cut down the weight ever since and I have only been eating lean meat and fish avoiding all carbs. Is this because of hormone problems?

Check list - are you walking 3-5 km a day - sleeping by 10 pm - have u reduced food drastically that your body thinks you are on starvation - are ur periods regular ? - are u getting adequate protein , fat , fibre , vitamins n minerals .. Maintain food diary for a week n analyse . Or else meet an endocrinologist n get your hormones checked .
