I am taking medication for bipolar disorder since March 2015 but till now I am not well I am not living normal life my life totally spoiled please help me

It would be better if you share which medication you are taking and dose? Most common cause for relapse and lack of improvement are non adherance( inadequate doses) and diagnosis confirmation.
