Bile acid diareaa, bile acid malabsorpti
Hello doctor's i hope you are doing well.
my concern is 3 year's back i have gallbladder removal surgery, after i am suffering from 3_4 times bathroom urgency loose stools, mucus,watery no control over it.
i am looking for bile acid binders in india it's not available except choltran 5mg sachet, do you have any other medication to prescribed.
and only soluble fiber,lopermide[when extremely diareaa] is helping me .
please help me i am so mentally exhausted. please suggest me

Hello sir, I can understand ur concern, what u r giving me is a diagnosis of bile acid diarrhea. But that can persist for very brief period of less then 6 months.. Before going in for bile acid sachets, would like to confirm again is that truly bile acid diarrhea or something else like IBD.. so I suggest u to get investigated before proceeding ahead with any medications, hope u can understand
