Bike Silencer burn

Asked for Male, 29 Years

Hi, 2 days back, lower part of my leg just above feet got in contact with hot bike silencer. I did cold compress and have been applying Silverex Ionic. Now the skin has darkened/dried and I see a lot of blisters breaking now and then. Most of the time it's just water like substance coming out of those. What medication do I need to take? Attaching the pics when met with accident and now. Thanks in advance.
