Big, red spots the size of my hand

Asked for Female, 23 Years

For some reason I have big, red bumps that are itchy and feel like they’re burning. I saw my physician before we went on vacation and he prescribed her Benadryl and hydrocortisone cream however it has not done anything and I keep getting more of them.
