Big chocolate cyst and pcos
Hello I'm 31 years old female. I have 1 son who is almost 3 years old. i had pcos before i became pregnant. Went on metformin and became pregnant after a month. A year ago i discovered i have a chocolate cyst in my left ovary of 4 cm. And today i had a pelvic examination to find it became 8 cm and there is another one in the right ovary but 2.5 cm. Now i need to know what should i do? Go for a surgery? Is there any chance to become pregnant like this? Is it safe to wait and try for pregn

Seems the cyst if big and will need to get removed ...it may undergo torsion if you wait ...although which is unpredictable to comment upon.....you can try for pregnancy after cyst removal and once your tubes are checked during surgery for patency
