If you don't have any issues then why do you want to take unnecessary medicines. Excess of everything is bad madam. Do regular physical exercises. Drink plenty of water. 4 liters per day. Avoid spicy and oily food. Consume high fibre diet. Add natural antioxidant in your diet... green leafy vegetables... fruits. Add natural antiinflammatory to your diet like tomatoes... turmeric...ginger... garlic. All this will help you in making your hair super silky and  skin glow more than  bolliwood actresses ok and will also help you with your pcod.
