Benzodiazepine withdrawal is tricky and depends on the drug ( clonazepam ) , dose and duration. So after a proper evaluation it should be withdrawn very gradually , specifically under supervision of your psychiatrist.
Next Steps
Talk to your psychiatrist. Or take a second opinion
Health Tips
Start breathing exercises/ relaxation techniques with tapering of medicine.

Tapering off any medicines by yourself can be tricky and sometimes cause withdrawal symptoms. I recommend you consult a psychiatrist. After complete evaluation of symptoms, your medicines can be adjusted accordingly.

Tapering has to be done by the treating psychiatrist and not self done. Good luck

Hello, From what you’ve shared, it seems your symptoms are still present, so tapering right now may not be the safest option. That said, your comfort and choices matter if you’re considering tapering due to side effects or any concerns, it’s completely understandable. It would be best to make this decision together with a psychiatrist, so you can explore safer alternatives or a gradual plan if needed.

If you do not feel stable yet, it is not advisable to taper the dose as of now. Also the dosage you're taking is minimal. Since you're still experiencing distress even after being on those meds, kindly consult a psychiatrist to alter medications either online or in person. Detailed history will be required to comment further.

Hi. Kindly consult for proper tapering of medication. Tapering entirely depends on patient profile(their active symptoms, duration of illness, duration of treatment course etc).

So petril beta 20 has clonazepam 0.25 mg and propranolol 20 mg. This is a very low dose and since you are taking half in morning and half in night. You can shift to half at night for 5 days and then stop. But one important thing that you have to take note of is that the symptoms you are describing can very well be due to Anxiety as well for which this treatment is used. So it needs to be assessed that your symptoms were because of the primary illness or because of the drug withdrawal because both have similar symptoms. Also do not taper of the medications by yourself without complete evaluation. Visit the doctor who prescribed it or you can consult me for detailed evaluation. I provide online consultation and therapy. Contact me directly on nine eight two six five four five six six zero.
