From last one year onwards I have gained a lot of fat arround my belly. Please tell me how to get rid of this.
I gained 11 kgs of weight this year.
I got my leg fractured last year so couldn't move for one year....that is the main reason of this hain.
Now I am totally fit and fine.....
Please tell me what to do....I want to get rid of this fat.
It's making me lazy and uncomfortable

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
