The symptoms you’re describing are suggestive of a urinary tract infection, so you don’t necessarily have to wait for the culture report to start treatment.
Next Steps
For now, you can start the following medications: • Ciprofloxacin 500 mg twice daily (morning and night) • Citralka syrup 10 ml twice daily • Paracetamol 650 mg three times a day or SOS for fever/chills Make sure to stay well hydrated. Maintain adequate personal hygiene
Health Tips
Once your urine culture report is available, we can review it and adjust the antibiotic accordingly if needed..

Your symptoms—burning urine, urgency/difficulty controlling urine, low-grade fever—are typical of a Urinary Tract Infection (UTI).
Next Steps
• You can start empirical treatment now (after consulting a doctor): – Urinary antiseptic + appropriate antibiotic (commonly used options depend on local protocol) – Symptomatic relief with **Paracetamol for fever/pain • Do NOT wait for culture if symptoms are significant • Once culture report comes → antibiotic can be adjusted accordingly • Increase fluid intake immediately
Health Tips
• Drink plenty of water (flushes bacteria) • Don’t hold urine • Maintain hygiene • Avoid caffeine/spicy food (can irritate bladder) ⚠️ Red flags: • Persistent fever • Blood in urine • Worsening pain ⸻

I would like to know more about your medical history. Otherwise take Syp Citralka 5ml in 1 glass of water morning and night after food and T Niftas 100mg 1-0-1 for 5 days. Citralka will help with the burning sensation. And Niftas is an antibiotic for suspected lower urinary tract infection. Once the culture reports come, antibiotics can be changed as required. Please stay well hydrated
