Next Steps
-Improve sleep schedule and reduce excess salt intake
-Continue correction of Vitamin D, B12, and iron deficiency if present

Since your KFT reports are absolutely normal (eGFR 123, Creatinine 0.75), we can rule out kidney-related edema or swelling. Bags under the eyes in your case are likely related to Iron Deficiency or Vitamin B12/D3 deficiency, which you have mentioned having a history of. Even with a normal Hemoglobin, low iron stores (Ferritin) can cause the skin under the eyes to look pale or puffy. Additionally, at 32, lifestyle factors such as irregular sleep, high salt intake, or screen strain could be contributing to fluid retention in that sensitive area."

A well hydrated skin and well rested skin will look supple and less saggy. Do check if these two factors are being looked after.
