Bloating and gas like this can be due to diet, indigestion, IBS, or gut imbalance. It is not directly causing obesity, but can make you feel heavy. Try simple steps like Avoid oily ,spicy foods and aerated drinks Eat slowly and on time Reduce tea and coffee and outside food Include more fiber and water If this is frequent, it needs proper evaluation to find the exact cause and treat it effectively. You can consult for a detailed assessment I can guide you with the right treatment and diet plan.

Next Steps
Identify Triggers: Keep a food diary for 3 days to see if dairy (lactose), wheat (gluten), or specific lentils are worsening the gas. Physical Activity: Incorporate a 30-minute brisk walk daily. Physical movement helps the intestines move gas through the system (peristalsis). Probiotics & Enzymes: You may benefit from a course of probiotics or digestive enzymes to help your gut break down food more efficiently.

Hi dear, Based on your history it appears to be a chronic indigestion case. Consume 1 tablespoon of Rx syr. Aristozyme after each meal for a week at least. Also add a probiotic to your diet like cap. nutrolin B. That will promote your normal gut health. Lastly consume cap. Pantop-DSR each morning empty stomach for at least 2 weeks. Hope that helps!
