Based on your history it appears to be a chronic indigestion case. Consume 1 tablespoon of Rx syr. Aristozyme after each meal for a week at least.
Also add a probiotic to your diet like cap. nutrolin B. That will promote your normal gut health.
Lastly consume cap. Pantop-DSR each morning empty stomach for at least 2 weeks.
