Bad health
My mind seems to be not in its place...not seems to be active...i am not active...i dont knw what has happened to mind...i forget many things...lack of sleep...even after getting sleep...i dont feel comfortable...it doesnot instruct me what is important or not..i am worried..how to recover from this.

You should keep yourself busy. I think you may not be sufficiently busy to distract your mind from these things. Unless you are busy medicines may not be effective in curing your problem.
