Clean the wound with betadine lotion, apply silver sulphadiazine ointment.
Wear lose cotton clothes.
To reduce burning sensation, apply a clean, cold compress 2 to 3 times daily. Avoid the part getting wet or contaminated.
You can take tab ibuprofen 400mg, one every 8hours for 3 to 4 days after meals.
Tab pantaprazole 40mg one daily before breakfast for 5 days.
Take supradyn capsule one morning and one evening for 30 days.
