I've been having pressure in my mid/lower back for about 2 weeks. It feels like I'm sitting up against golf balls, even when I'm laying down and not up againt anything. About a week ago I started having pain on my right side when sleeping on ky right side. I qpuld wake up feeling like my side was bruised. Now it feels as if under my right breast and my right side squeezes throughout the day, yet mainly after I eat it geta bad. I'm still having the knot pressure feeling in my back. If I stand up it helps both the squeezing in my rib area and back pressure. Mu doctor has had me on muscle relaxers for over a week and I used heating pad for about 5 days, per doctor recommendation for muscle spasms. It is not any better and I can not get comfortable during the day or at night to go to sleep. I even went the the ER and the dis xray of ribs with no answers. Please help!!
